Privacy Policy

Quote requests. When you send a request through our contact form, we receive your name, phone number and/or email address, the type of service you're interested in, and your message. The form doesn't save your details on our website — they're delivered straight to the shop's email inbox through Brevo, an email delivery service.

Calls, texts, and emails. When you contact us directly, we receive your phone number or email address along with whatever you choose to share, such as details about your vehicle, home, or business.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, how visitors found us, and general details such as device type, browser, and approximate (city-level) location. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Google Cloud, through Firebase) automatically records basic technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

Embedded map. Our contact page includes a Google Map. When it loads, Google may receive information about your visit, such as your IP address, and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

• Service providers that help us run the website and our business on our behalf: Brevo (delivers contact form messages) and Google (analytics, maps, website hosting, and our email). See Brevo's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or needed to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

• You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. The site works fine without them.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there's no common standard for how websites should respond to it, our site doesn't currently change its behavior when it receives that signal.

We keep quote requests and messages in our email and phone only as long as they're useful for serving you and keeping normal business records. Google keeps analytics data for a limited period set in our account's retention settings.

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call, text, or email us using the details below and we'll take care of it. We won't treat you any differently for asking.

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we rely on established providers to handle your information. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.

This website isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Our site links to Instagram, Google Maps, and our Google reviews. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for how they handle your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
